  • Assign the subject DOT to us

  • Your borrowers continue to pay you, and you pay us

  • You're in 100% control of the subject DOT & NOTE

  • You can pay off our loan anytime, and terminate the DOT

  • Simple Agreement, final contract will be provided by you
